If you purchase the Private License (Standard), you may use the file for private purposes.

Each plotter file may be created for sale 5 times under the private license.

If you want to use this file commercially, you must purchase the commercial license for this product!

With the commercial license you are entitled to create 40 articles in one year in accordance with the terms of use.

Mass production is not possible.

If you exceed the number of 40 manufactured items or the annual license has expired, you must renew this license.

This license is only for you (individual) and only for this design. The license is not transferable to others.

The license is valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date of issue (PDF stamp / order date).

Changing or selling the files or parts thereof is not permitted.

6. The sale or gifting of iron-on transfers, finished plots or fabric designs from the file is prohibited.
7. This personal license includes a mini-business license and entitles you to produce up to 5 items in accordance with the terms of use. Industrial mass production of goods is NOT permitted.
8. All copyrights remain with Hana Leader / Graphic JAM.
9. Changing or selling the file or parts thereof is not permitted.

The consumer has no right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) for the delivery of digital content not stored on a physical data carrier if the entrepreneur - with the express consent of the consumer, combined with the consumer's confirmation of knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) in the event of premature commencement of the contract performance and after providing a copy or confirmation in accordance with Section 7 Paragraph 3 FAGG - has begun delivery before the expiry of the otherwise existing withdrawal period.

According to Section 7 Paragraph 3 FAGG, the consumer will be provided with a confirmation of the concluded contract on a permanent data medium (e.g. email) together with the information specified in Section 4 Paragraph 1 FAGG within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than before the start of the service provision, unless this information has already been made available on a permanent data medium. The contract confirmation will in any case contain a confirmation of consent to the immediate provision of the service and confirmation of the consumer's knowledge of the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal (right of cancellation)."
