FAQs - Pre-order iron-on transfers

How does a pre-order work?

Iron-on transfer pre-orders take place approximately every 2 months for 5 days. This means that you can pre-order limited designs from my pen during these days.
Do the motifs differ from pre-order to pre-order?

Yes! The special thing about these pre-orders is the limited edition of the motifs. It may be that some motifs will be available again in the next pre-order, or that there are last pieces of the individual iron-on transfers. Basically, once it's gone, it's gone.
How long does delivery take?

The iron-on transfers will be printed after the pre-order has closed. You will wait around 2 weeks for your ordered iron-on transfers - although sometimes it goes a little faster.
